Uploading a Photo

To upload a photograph or other image to a MOS-IRS library, first navigate to the folder where you want the photo stored. We recommend you upload the photo on your chapter website or the website where you want to link to the photo.

Note: You must logon to the website to upload any files.

Folders for photos or images. You can store the photo in the Shared Documents directory. To avoid file clutter, it is best to create a separate folder for photos.

You have two choices:
  • Photo Library — allows you to provide detailed information about the picture including date taken, a caption, and key words
  • Regular folder — stores photos as regular files but limited information. You can enter a brief description if you edit the file in SharePoint.

    1. Click on Browse.
    2. Navigate to the correct folder on your computer
    3. Select the file.
