If you are trying to connect to or logon to the MOS-IRS website using ERAP or from a computer inside the IRS firewall, you need to connect a little bit differently.

 

 

Once you reach the website, add it to your Favorites.

 

While on the MOS-IRS website inside the firewall, you will frequently encounter popup windows regarding Active X controls. There is no remedy for avoiding these. Just click "OK" to continue.
